Submit your item for authentication.
AAS authenticates signed memorabilia in person. Check the fees below, then email us before you ship. There is no online cart or photo upload.
Before you ship
Pack the item so it arrives as it left.
- 01Wrap the item so corners and surfaces cannot rub.
- 02Use a box that does not let the piece slide.
- 03Include your name, phone, email, and return address.
- 04Write a short note about the item you are submitting.
- 05Use a trackable carrier and keep the receipt.
What happens next
The owner authenticates the item in person. If it is authentic, you receive a certificate with a cert number you can verify on this site. If it is not, the item is returned. Results are not given over the phone.
Ask before mailing
- Framed pieces still in glass — unframe unless we say otherwise
- Very heavy or oversized memorabilia without asking first
- Items you cannot insure for a value you accept

Timing depends on the item. Shipping each way is separate. The certificate returns with the piece. Please do not call for a result.
